i greatly enjoyed this boutique hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. an electric kettle and a refrigerator in my superior quadruple room were a very thoughtful addition. the staff members were friendly and amicable.

Recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in this hotel!
The venue is clean, the stuff is friendly. Marvellous setting, it's not far from the center, the central bus station and old town. In fact, it's not very far from Waves Indoor Waterpark, one of the tourist spots.

I greatly enjoyed marvellous and super location of this property.

My wife and I stayed at La Casona Chapala for 10 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean and had a safe, television, and a mini fridge. The walk-in showers in the private bathroom were a plus. The location in the middle of Chapala was great and served as a perfect base for our vacation.

The staff was cute and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and I felt safe and secure during my entire stay.
